Agartala: May 05: A case was filed in the high court on April 26 after the district magistrate Shailesh Kumar Yadav’s raid on a wedding party in the capital and multiple allegations against him.The High Court directed the state government to file affidavits on multiple issues.
At the same time HC instructed state government to stop the investigation process. The division bench asked the applicants to submit their videos. The case was heard on Wednesday. On the same day, the state government informed that Dr.. Shailesh Kumar Yadav has been transferred to Balonia.
At the same time, the state government’s inquiry committee has been directed to keep former District and Sessions Court Judge S Sikder. This instruction will allow people to testify fearlessly. Advocate Bhaskar Debbarma said that the way has been opened for people to get justice.
