JanaDarpan Agartala: Dec 24: The first preparatory meeting of the 40th Agartala Book Fair 2022 was held on December 14 at Hall No. 1 of the Rabindra Satabarshiki Bhawan in the capital Agartala on the initiative of the Department of Information and Cultural Affairs. At the meeting that day, as the minister of the department, he promised to organize a district-based book fair. In order to implement that promise, Minister Sushanta Chowdhury took part in the pre-preparation meeting of the district based book fair through video conference with the district DM of 6 districts of the state today at the conference hall of the General Assembly. From attending this important preparatory meeting, he learned about everyone's valuable insights on how to make the district-based book fair a success. He discussed in detail how to make the upcoming district based book fair more beautiful with the help of everyone by choosing the date and place of the fair according to the convenience of all. Prashanta Kumar Goel, Secretary, Department of Information and Culture and Ratan Biswas, Director, Department of Information and Culture were present at the preparatory meeting through today's video conference.
